What you can build
- Sync customers. Create customers from your CRM or storefront, and link them to their Shopify customer so their orders land in the right place.
- Approve applications. Approve new customers’ applications, set their net terms, and export them to Shopify in one request.
- Invoice from orders. Create orders with line items, schedule them, and turn them into invoices.
- Collect deposits. Send a deposit link before an invoice exists, then apply the payment to the invoice later.
- Keep products in step. Create, import and merge products, and map them to QuickBooks items.
- Reconcile. List transactions and payouts to match money in your bank to the invoices it paid.
Environments
Streamlined has two environments. Each has its own credentials and data.
Build against the Sandbox first, then switch the base URL and credentials when you’re ready to go live.
